Your referral can be sent by your GP, specialist, or healthcare provider via email, our referral link, or fax. Once received, we review and register your referral to begin setting up your appointment.

Referral Reviewed

You’ll receive an SMS booking link within 7–10 business days to choose a suitable appointment time. If your referral is marked urgent, we prioritise it to ensure faster access to care.

Secure Your Appointment

A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your appointment. You can make payments easily through a secure link sent via SMS or email.

Appointment Confirmed

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment date and time, the secure video link, telehealth instructions, and any forms that need to be completed before your session.
